for Colby's Orchard House.
We are situated in the heart of gorgeous
Benzie County. Just four miles from Frankfort
and five miles from Benzonia makes appointments, grocery shopping, and running errands
easy. Transportation is provided.

Our Community Room, an eating and gathering
place for
residents and families, and six one-bedroom apartments...
|
|
|
|
are all connected via a large, covered,
and handicapped-accessible front porch.
|
|
|
|
They are adjacent to the home of the primary caregiver
and owner – a restored
farm house from a former working apple and cherry orchard.
|
|
|
|
Each of our six main apartments has
its own kitchen, bath with walk-in shower, bedroom, and living room. Not shown are
the four studio apartments within the Community Room, each with its own private bath.

|
Meals are eaten in the Community
Room dining room. are cooked
fresh daily, and are nutritionally
sound. Favorite meals are cooked
upon request. Residents are
welcome to participate in meal
preparation, as desired.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped including a large
garden
directly in front of the apartments. Residents may claim garden
space for the purpose of growing vegetables or flowers.
|

|
|
Exercise is encouraged, as residents are able. Massage
therapy is available weekly.
Activities such as outings to local restaurants, church, sing-a-longs,
art fairs, concerts, etc. are part of life at Orchard House.
There is no better place for your loved one to maintain independence and enjoy
daily loving care and assistance as provided by the Orchard House staff.
